APPLICATION

 

You answer online a few questions about your startup, the management team and the search for funds, also attaching your Executive Summary. We invite you to answer in a rigorous and complete way, because it is on the basis of these answers that we identify the most promising startups.

 

02. 

INTERVIEW

If your startup meets our selection criteria, an analyst will contact you. During the course of an interview, he will ask you more detailed questions about your activity. The objective is to check that your startup can be of interest to our investors, and that the terms of the funding are consistent (amount sought, valuation, closing timing, etc...).

PREPARATION

 

If your file is validated by our team, we prepare with you the "fundraising strategy". The idea is that you understand who are the investors with whom we work, what their selection criteria are, and what mistakes not to make when you meet them!

04. 

RAISING FUNDS

 

The investors that best match the criteria of your startup (business sectors, stage of maturity, amount sought, geographical location, professional experience...) are notified of your search for funds.

As soon as we receive Business Angels' marks of interest for your startup, you are informed online. The connections are made in a personalized way by our team.

Once the connections are made, it is up to you to initiate contact with investors and set appointments. We do not accompany you to appointments, but we stay in touch regularly to maximize your chances of attracting investors and to complete the fund raising in the best conditions.

We accompany you until the closing of the fund raising. And we keep even contact after!

OUR SELECTION CRITERIA

HOW DO WE SELECT THE STARTUPS?

 

1 - TEAM

It must be complementary and full-time. Before investing in a company, Business Angels invest in "the human". This is the most important criterion.

3 - THE TRACTION

To convince an investor, you need strong growth in terms of users and / or turnover. You have to be able to prove that the business model works.

2 - THE MARKET

Investors like large, mature markets (€ 1 billion or more) or smaller but growing markets. We analyze all technological and innovative sectors.

4 - REALISM

It is important to be reasonable concerning the terms of the funding (amount sought, valuation envisaged...). A valuation that is too high is a very bad signal sent to investors.
